When I was in Bodrum I stayed at the Bodrum Backpacker, which is really cheap. The rooms aren't too beautiful, but very clean. You also get satellite TV, you can hire a bike, and there's also laundry service. For some fun, go down to the British Bar, where you'll probably meet a lot of people.
