I'd suggest the Su Otel & Cottages, at Turgutreis Caddesi, 1201 Sokak. It's not extermely expensive, but the enviroment is excellent. The rooms are tasteful, the bathrooms are spotless, it has a good location, in a quiet area, a beautiful interior courtyard and impecable service. You also get air-conditioning, internet access and a pool. Their website is www.bodrum4u.com/suhotel and the phone number 316 6906. I'd advise you to call and book a room because they're usually packed.
