There is a small wine bar, LaJolla Bistro, on Neyzen Tevfik Caddesi. It's very small, and they also serve food, especially salads, pasta and steaks, at good prices. It has a well placed terrace, right next to the water. It's nice to stay there, even if you don't have company, and just watch the people passing by.
