A cruise is probably one of the best choices if you're in Bodrum. On the western bay, more precisely along Neyzen Tevfik Caddesi, you can find quite a lot of small (ot not so small) yachts that will take you on a day trip around the bay. I remember I paid something like 15 Euros for a cruise like this.
