For the € 35 I paid, Hotel Bergama was ok. The room I received was clean and I liked the wi-fi internet connection... it's useful when you take your laptop with you. Only that for the hot water to come I had to wait some time. The hotel is opposite the Municipality Palace, right in the centre of Istanbul.
