When I stayed in Itsanbul we rented a room at Hotel Ipek Palas (located at Orhaniye Cad. 9, near the train station in the Old Town). I was happy that each time I was returning from a tour in the city I could relax at the sauna. My husband was a little nervous he couldn't watch the TV because all channels were Turkish. We paid 30 euros per night.
