We had the best conditions at the Sultan Hostel: clean rooms and toilets, nice staff and service plus a splendid dinner at the rooftop bar. I've noticed many hostels in Istanbul have such bars or restaurants.. great idea. Prices were reasonable for a hostel - double rooms costed 23-30euro. Booking phone no: 0212-516 9260.
