Is there any important event in Istanbul during June? That's the time I'm gonna be there(give a different answer) .
You can go to one of the biggest jazz festivals in Europe: the international Istanbul jazz festival. It lasts two weeks and gathers top jazz musicians from all over the world (one year Sting came here). All the streets in Beyoglu and Harbiye are full during hte festival.
