Doy Doy Restaurant is one of that few places where you eat well and pay little (less than $10). They serve Turkish food. I recommend Patlican Musakka or a Turkish pizza. The restaurant has a terrace with splendid overviews of the Marmara. To get there go downhill from the southern end of the Hippodrome (in Sultanahmet)
