One of my favourites when I go to visit my friends in Istanbul is Doy Doy. It's not far from the Blue Mosque, on Sifa Hamami Sokak. They've got good food (not the best in town, but still good), decent prices and you can choose to eat in one of the four sections. I prefer the lounge, because of the comfy cushions, or the terrace on the roof.
