In Elmadag, inside the Hotel Hilton (231-6200) you can find one of the best and most stylish Chinese restaurants in Istanbul. Dragon's menu is very diverse with a long list of chicken, fish dishes and vegetables and an authentic decor. It's recommended to call at that no for booking (to be sure you get a table, because the restaurant is almost always crowded).
