One day I stopped at an old-time Ottoman-style cafe named Fragrant Coffee & Pungent Smoke. The owner of the place wanted it to make look exactly as in the past. You'll see lots of men (women are not welcome) with a nargile in their hands and drinking a Turkish coffee. It's near the Bayazit Square and the prices are reasonable.
