French cuisine in Turkey's capital: Parsifal

Posted 1 year ago by wshopper in response to nadia's question: Even if I'm in Istanbul I want to find a French restaurant. I miss my traditional food (give a different answer) .

In the chaos of Istiklal Caddesi there is a quiet vegetarian bistro. Parsifal is simple but elegant, with a nice chef who knows how to please each of his clients and a very diverse menu (it takes a while before deciding what to have). Open daily from 11am until 11pm. The place is on Kurabiye Sokak 13, a tiny street behind the Fitas cinema.
