I won't recommend you a restaurant only but a quartier full with seafood restaurants... this way you'll have where to choose from. In Kumkapi (behind Sultanahmet hill) there are more or less than 30 places of this type and the variety of dishes is unbelievable. The best atmosphere is during summer when all the streets are full with tables and happy faces.
