You should go to Cibalikapi Balikcisi. It is a nice wooden restaurants (everything is made of wood: tables, chairs) near the Golden Horn, across the Galata Tower. They have good music, service and delicious dishes. The fishery is open daily between 5pm and 12pm and from 2pm to 12pm in week-ends. Last time I went there they didn't accept credit cards.
