If you haven't heard, liver is one of the most popular foods in Turkey. Locals like to eat it fried or grilles. Canim Cigerim (behind the Mercure hotel), which in English would be "my dear liver" is a place where neighbours often gather. Some foreigners don't like liver that's why the restuarant thought to add to the menu ckichen and beef. You won't pay more than 10euro.
