Is there any chance to find an African restaurant in Istanbul?(give a different answer) .
there is a chance to find such a place... and not a common one but the best African restaurant in town. It is situated in Tugra in the palace with the same name (Ciragan Palace). The menu includes Ottoman traditional food and the surroundings are splendid; the candles on the tables and the overviews of the sea creates a very romantic atmosphere.
