catalina's question: Maybe some consider visiting a museum as being something boring... but i like it. Which museums from Istanbul are on top?(give a different answer) .
In the outer yard of Topkapi-Palace you can find the Archaeological Museum, a place that should be visited by those who want to learn more about Middle East's past. In the main building there is an impressive collection of Greek and Roman statuary. Try to be there bet 9:30 am - 4:30 pm, on one of these days: Tue, Thu,..., Sun. Admission was 3 euro.
