The palace is located in TopkapiI Saraui, Sultanahmet, Eminonu. It is open from Wed to Mon, 9am-5pm and on Tue it is closed. Entrance fees are between $10 and $15 and for the turkish students and soldiers admission is free. To visit the haram you must pay another $10 (pay attention that you can't enter this section without a tour guide).
