the tower is open every day from 9 am to 5 pm (7 pm in summer). if you didn't know there is an entrance fee, around $4-5 (on Mondays you pay only half). And another thing: try to be there at sunset and take your photo camera with you too cause you're gonna se Istanbul at its best!!
