The otogar is 10km far from Sultanahmet. If you pay for a taxi it will cost you about euro10. A cheaper way to get there is to catch the Light Rail Transit - LRT - (it stops in the bus station), get down at Aksaray or Yusufpasa and then take any tram to Sultanahmet.
