Most internet cafes are in Sultanahmet and Cankurtaran. But it's also likely to find one in the shops along the main street near the cistern or in the streets off Istiklal Caddesi. Lately many hostels are equipped with PCs with ADSL connection. Prices are around 2.00 YTL (for 30-60 minutes) but it depends on the location and the bandwidth.
