You should head towards Istanbul Calling Station. They have a fast connection and besides that the staff is speaking English... maybe that's because many foreigners, mostly ship passengers come here (taking onto account the location - Salipazari cruise ship port - New terminal, Expo). This "so called station" is open between 09.00am and 08.00pm. When I last went there 30 minutes were costing 2 euro.
