I don't know anything about the other ones, but I tried Eminonu-Kavaklar Bogazici Ozel Gezi Seferleri. It's only 4 Euros, as far as I remember, and you see a lot of monuments and mosques on the shore. I think it's a very good choice. The ferry leaves from Eminonu at 10:30 am and I think during the summer they leave at noon.
