When I went to Istanbul my favourite activity was bird-watching... it is so relaxing and you have the feeling of being absorbed by nature. There is a great variety of migrating birds coming to Turkey as the country lies at the crossroads of three continents - Europe, Asia and Africa. They can be admired inside the parks.
