Otel Antik Han is a viable option for you. It's quite beautiful, located right in the bazaar, in an old, restored Ottoman house and not very expensive. The rooms are comfy and intimate, very clean, and there's a nice courtyard where you can sit and relax. The hotel also has a bar and air conditioning. Their website is www.otelantikhan.com
